It is hoped that the United States will pursue a more practical foreign policy under Donald Trump’s direction. This will assist Trump in resolving the protracted struggle in West Asia and the confrontation between Russia and Ukraine. At the same time, based on his record during his first term as president, he will take firm action against China. Trump will also make an effort to strengthen relations with Russia. Similarly, India-United States ties will reach a new height during Trump’s presidency. I’m hoping he’ll try to make the world a more equal place.
